1 can of Salmon or Mackerel, deboned and drained.
3 eggs
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Take the bones out of center of fish, drain. Take fork and smash up. Add 3 eggs and beat together, add oatmeal, salt and pepper and the milk, mix all together. Fry in a hot pan with a little oil till brown on both sides. About 3 minutes a side. Great for side dish for suppers, quick and easy. Makes a great fish sandwich. Makes about eight 3 inch patties.

Actually my mother made these when there wasn't much else for supper but it is Ron's "go to" when he doesnt' know what else to make.
