garlic salt
oregano
Sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Put water in a pan..Rub leg of lamb with garlic salt and oregano. Put it in pan and turn the temp to 225º.Cook for 6 hours. It is done when it is a touch pink in the middle. Put sherry on top of it.
