1 chicken, boiled and deboned
1/2 cup chicken broth (saved)
1 can enchilada sauce, (mild or hot)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste
1 package regular Fritos
Grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cut up chicken, enchilada sauce, soup, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Spray casserole pan with Pam. Begin with layer of Fritos, layer of chicken mixture then layer of shredded cheese. Continue using layers of all ingredients, ending with cheese on the top.
Pour 1/2 cup chicken broth over top.
Bake at 350 º F for thirty minutes.
