1 Large Onion-sliced
1C. Celery-chopped
1/4 c. Butter
1/4 c. Flour
3/4 tsp. Dry Mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 c. Chicken Broth
2 Carrots-chopped
2 Potatoes- cubed
3 c. Milk
12 oz. Cheddar Cheese-shredded
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and celery in butter for 3 minutes.
Stir in flour, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and cook stirring appropriately 2 minutes until vegetables are coated.
Stir in broth, carrots, and potatoes and bring to a boil.
Lower heat, cover and simmer for appropriately 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Add milk-medium heat-do not boil.
Reduce heat to low, and stir in cheese until melted.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with a nice loaf of bread.
