Ingredients:  
Chicken pieces (I use about 6-8 Thighs) but a whole cut-up chicken or just chicken breasts works well also.
1 1/2 c. long grain rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 c. water
1/2 stick butter or margarine
Sprinkles of Paprika

Preheat Oven to 350º.
Mix together soups, rice and water in a medium sized bowl. Pour into a large (at least 9x13) baking dish. Place chicken parts on top. Melt butter and spoon over chicken parts. Sprinkle Paprika lightly over the entire casserole. Bake for at least 1 hour, check to see if rice in center is done. If not bake another 15 to 20 minutes. Let set for 5 -10 minutes to cool down before serving.
