1/3 cup olive oil
8 cloves of garlic1/2 tsp red pepper ( or more)
1 1/2 cup pasta water
1/2 cup parsley
Salt
Oregano
Pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Set a pot of salted water to boil
Add pasta
Sautée garlic in oil and red pepper flakes for 2 -3 minutes
Add pasta water to garlic mixture, adding a pinch of oregano. Cook 3 minutesAdd chopped parsley and grated cheese
