Rub Marinade
2 Tbsp’s Each:

~ Black Pepper
~ Cumin
~ Crushed Red Pepper
~ Chili Powder
~ Cayenne Pepper
~ Garlic Salt
~ Kosher Salt
~ Oregano
Ribs
Your Favorite BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients

Rinse and de-vein ribs, pat dry.
Lay Ribs on foil and generously rub marinade on both sides.
Wrap Ribs tightly in foil. Place on a cookie sheet and in to oven
For 2 ½ - 3 hours at 350 degrees
Take Ribs to grill on low heat 200’ for one hour basting
with your favorite BBQ sauce.
