1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup margarine softened
1 cup oil
1 egg
1 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp cream of tartar
t tsp salt
1 tsp soda
4 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla
12 oz.chocolate chips
1/2 cup nuts (if you like)

1. Mix ingredients in order given in mixer

2. Drop by teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheet

3. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
