12 apples peeled and sliced, (enough to fill 9 x 13 pan). (Spies or Mac Intosh great for cooking)
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Topping:
1 cup sugar
1 cup quick Quaker Oats
2/3 cup oleo (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel and slice apples in pan (Nick this is where you get out your apple peeler gadget). Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples.

2. Sprinkle topping mixture over apples.

3. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 45 minutes or until apples are done.
