1 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 can (16 oz.) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 1/2 c. picante sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
3/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, beans, 1 c. of the picante sauce, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, eggs, cumin and salt; mix well. Press into 9x5 loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Carefully pour off drippings. Combine remaining 1/2 c. picante and brown sugar; mix well. Spread over surface of meatloaf. Bake additional 15 minutes; let stand 10 minutes. Serve with additional picante sauce.
