2 cups crab meat
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 cups milk
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 medium onion, minced
1/4 cup green pepper, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan; add pepper and onions; cook 5 minutes. Add flour. Add milk slowly and stir until sauce is thickened. Add crab meat and salt. Cook 10 minutes, pour into well bettered baking dish. Cover with grated cheese and dot with butter.
Bake at 350º F for 30 minutes.
