4 c. Bisquick or other Biscuit mix
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Sprite or 7-Up soda
1/2 c. melted butter

Combine Bisquick, sour cream, and Sprite. Mix till all dry ingredients are moistened. Mixture will be very soft, but don't worry. Pour out onto well-floured (or use more Bisquick mix) surface and knead until just coated (will still be soft). Pat dough out (about half-inch high) and cut biscuits using round biscuit cutter.

Melt butter (on stove, microwave, or in oven) -- do not overheat.(Butter can be melted in the dish you will be using to place the biscuits in oven, if desired.) Pour butter in 9x13 oven safe dish or cookie sheet. Place biscuits on top of melted butter and bake at 425º for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
