Ingredients:  
1-1/4 pounds veal, pork, chicken or beef (you can use a combination)
Flour for breading and thickening
Oil for frying
2 cups diced onions
3 cups sliced celery
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup water
3 cubes beef bouillon
1 can bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons flour
1-2 tablespoons black molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from meat and cut in 1/2 inch cubes. Roll in flour and brown in hot oil. Add water from sprouts and other water to cover, simmer 45 minutes. Add celery and onions and cook briskly - starting on high and turning to low for 30 minutes. Vegetables should remain crisp. Add drained sprouts and other vegetables and water chestnuts.
Make a thickening of flour mixed with water. Add soy sauce and molasses. Serve over rice.
