1 1/4 cups chopped cinnamon graham cracker squares
1/4 cup light butter, melted
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup fat free cold milk
1 (3.4 ounce) box vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
1 (12 ounce) container frozen light whipped topping, thawed
3 medium bananas, sliced
2 tablespoons pecans, grated
strawberries (halved) or whole raspberries or blueberries

Chop graham crackers using Food Chopper. Place in mixing bowl. Add butter and sugar; mix well. Spray Springform pan with cooking spray. Press crumb mixture onto flat bottom of the pan.

In another bowl, whisk sour cream and milk until blended. Add pudding mix; whisk until pudding is dissolved. Add whipped topping, mixing until well blended. Spread half of filling over crust.

Slice bananas and arrange over filling. Spread remaining filling over bananas. Sprinkle with grated pecans. Garnish as desired with fresh fruit.

To serve, remove collar from Springform pan; cut into 12 wedges.

A Springform pan is one that has a flat disc bottom and a "collar" that fastens around it with a buckle to fit the sides snugly around the bottom.
