1 C Sugar
2 C Brown Sugar
2 C Crisco
4 Eggs
2/3 C Milk
6 C All Purpose Flour
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Vanilla
12 oz Chocolate Chips or Butterscotch Chips

Cream together sugars and shortening. Add eggs ad milk. Add dry ingredients, vanilla, and chips. Bake at 375º for 8 - 12 minutes. Do not overbake. Remove when just starting to turn brown.
