2 C Apple Sauce
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 C Shortening
2 C Sugar
3 Eggs
4 C Flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Cloves
1 tsp Nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine applesauce and baking soda. Set aside.
Cream together shortening, sugar and eggs. Stir in flour, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Stir in applesauce.
Bake at 400º for 9 - 12 minutes.
