Personal Notes:
Jason's parents took us on a cruise with them and these delicious cakes were served in the dining room every evening. Due to inclement weather one of our excursions was cancelled so instead we took a behind the scenes tour of the ship and the head chef gave each person in our group a copy of this recipe.
