Ingredients:  
1/2c. warm water
1 egg
2 1/2c. bisquick
2T. sugar
1pk yeast
1T. butter
1tsp. cinnamon

Icing:
Mix 1c. confectioner's sugar, 1T. warm water, 1/2tsp. vanilla and dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water.
Add egg, 1T. sugar and bisquick; beat vigorously 2min.
Turn dough onto surface, well dusted with bisquick.
Knead until smooth; about 20 times.
Roll out into a 10" square
Spread with butter
Sprinkle with remaining 1T. sugar, cinnamon
Roll up tightly.
Seal well and place on greased baking sheet.
Make cuts with scissors almost through.
Cover with damp cloth; let rise.
Heat overn 400º
Bake 20min.
Spread with icing
Serve warm
