1 1/2c. white sugar
1/2c. brown sugar
3/4c. cocoa
1/4c. flour
salt
1 (14.5oz) can evaporated milk
1c. water
2T. butter
2tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cocoa, flour & salt
Add milk, water and butter
Cook over medium flame, stirring constantly until boiling.
Cook 5 minutes longer
Cool and stir in vanilla
