Clove of garlic
1pkg. onion soup mix
4T. vinegar
2T. maple syrup
1 1/2 T. cornstarch
1/4 to 1/2 c. cold water
Salt and Pepper to taste
Roast
Directions:
Directions:
Brown the roast in oil in frying pan
Remove roast and put into slow cooker
Salt and pepper to taste
Clove of garlic in crevice on bottom and on top of roast
Sprinkle 1 pkg of onion soup mix around roast
Mix vinegar and maple syrup together and pour over roast
Cook until tender, remove meat to platter
Pour juices into sauce pan and bring to boil
Mix cornstarch and water
Add this to juices and bring back to boil and boil 1 min. to thicken
Serve gravy over meat or over potatoes
