1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups crunchy peanut butter ( I use 1 cup crunchy and 1/2 cup creamy)
1/2 cup butter softened
1 tbsp. karo syrup
3 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
4 1/2 cups gluten free oats
2 tsp baking soda
6 oz (1 cup) chocolate chips
2/3 cup m&M

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325*
cream together sugars, peanut butters, butter, and karo syrup.
add eggs and vanilla and mix together
in separate bowl mix together oats and baking soda.
add oat mix and peanut butter mix, then stir in chocolate chips and M&m
drop onto ungreased baking sheets, using medium scoop (12 per sheet)
flatten slightly and bake for 13 minutes. leave on sheet for couple of minutes and cool on rack.

Convection- 320* medium scoop for 11 minutes
frozen in convection- 320* 13 minutes from frozen, don't thaw.
