3 eggs
Salt and pepper
3/4 cup milk
6 Tbsp. flour
6 Tbsp. water
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 lb. bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, salt and pepper. Add milk. Mix flour and water and add to egg mixture. Add parsley and onion. Cut bacon into small pieces and fry until almost done. Do not pour off fat. Pour egg mixture over bacon. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
