3 c. warm water
soak 2 packs yest in 1 cup of above water
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter or lard
Flour enough for medium soft dough.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2 c. flour, water, lard and salt. Then add pre-soaked yeast. Mix. Add enough flour to make medium stiff dough. Let rise. Work dough down. Let set 10 minutes. Put into buns for hamburger size rolls. Flatten as you fill pan. Keep patting down as you go. Let rise. Bake at 350º for about 25 minutes.
