1 box of graham crackers
1 c. butter/margarine
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 egg (slightly beaten)
1 c. coconut
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Frosting:
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place layer of graham crackers on bottom of cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Melt butter or margarine, add sugar, milk, and eggs. Cook stirring constantly till mixture comes to a boil. Add coconut and crumbs. Pour over crust and spread evenly. Add another layer of graham crackers over the top. Frost and refrigerate.
