1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. buttermilk
1 (12 oz.) carton low fat Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits (drained)
2 (12 oz.) cans mandarin oranges (drained)
14 fudge stripe cookies (coarsely crushed)

Directions:

Whip together pudding and buttermilk. Let set. Then fold in Cool Whip, fruits, and cookies. Then garnish with more cookies.

Note: This keeps very well in refrigerator for 3 or more days. Use sugar-free items for diabetics.
