1 pkg dried beef
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in pan. Stir in flour and pepper. Add milk gradually; stir constantly till mixture thickens. Add dried beef (cut up). Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot on toast, biscuits, rice, or potatoes.
