1 box Vanilla Wafers
1 package York Peppermint Patties
Red Frosting (Cake Decorating Tube icing is easiest)
Shredded Coconut (colored with green food coloring)
Cake Decorating Tube icing yellow
Sesame Seeds
Honey

Directions:
Separate cookies so there are two for each peppermint Pattie to make the buns. I did see where some were using melted kisses for the burger which sounds a lot better to me!
Spread red frosting on one side of cookie
Place mint in the middle and spread some yellow icing on top so it looks like mustard.
Put green shredded coconut along the edge. Top with vanilla wafer. Brush the top with honey and sprinkle sesame seeds.
