olive oil
garlic (minced)
can of peeled tomatoes (I prefer petite diced)
fusilli pasta (I typically use whatever I have)
pine nuts (in baking isle or oriental section)
red pepper (I don't use this because I can't handle spicy stuff)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the garlic in olive oil on medium heat. Cook pasta. Squish tomatoes in bowl with fingers place in oil and garlic and simmer. Brown pine nuts in olive oil. Serve sauce over pasta and top with nuts.

Personal Notes:
This is the fastest meal and it taste like it is served in a restaurant. Perfect for those days there is no time to cook and need a quick meal. Always great with some garlic bread and a salad.
