2 eggs lightly beaten
1 c (250 ml) mashed bananas (3 bananas)
1/3 c (75 ml) each oil and milk
1 c (250 ml) each all purpose & whole wheat flour
1/2 c (125 ml) Post 100% Bran Cereal
1/2 c (125 ml) sugar
2 tsp (10 ml) baking powder
2 square Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate grated

Directions:
Directions:
Stir eggs, bananas, oil and milk together until well blended. Add flours, bran, sugar, baking powder and chocolate and stir just until moistened. Pour into lightly greased 8 X 4" (2L) loaf pan. Bake at 350ºF (180ºC) for 1 hour or until done. Cool 10 min and remove from pan. Cool completely on rack.
