Tomato with Basil: Heat 1/4 c (50 ml) Kraft Garden tomato with Basil Herb Dressing. Add 1 seeded and finely diced tomato, 2 to 3 drops Tabasco sauce and 1/2 tsp (2 ml) each cumin and black pepper. Cook uncovered for 10 min.

Sour Cream and Onion: Top with 1/3 c (75 ml) Kraft Sour Cream & Onion Ranch Dressing. To garnish sprinkle with crumbled cooked bacon and chopped green onion.

Dill & Curry: Add 1 small garlic clove, minced and 1 tsp (5 ml) curry powder to 1/3 c (75 ml) Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dill Herb Dressing.

Place 1 large whole cauliflower in microwaveable casserole and add 1/4 c (50 ml) water. Cover with lid. Microwave on high power for 10 min or until tender and let stand 5 min. Drain and serve with desired topping.
