4 tbsp. corn starch
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
5 cups milk
2 tbsp. butter
4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
16 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1/4 cup sugar
8 oz. Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the corn starch, salt, dry mustard and pepper. Stir in milk. Add butter and while stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium-high heat and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in 3 cups of the cheese until melted. Add the macaroni. Pour into a greased 4 quart casserole. Sprinkle with the reserved cheese. Bake uncovered at 375º for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
