6 to 7 lb Maple Leaf Ham bone-in ready to serve
whole cloves
3/4 c apricot jam
or
1/2 c apricot jam plus 1/4 c mango chutney
2 tbsp. lemon juice
rind of one lemon coarsely grated
1 tbsp. Dijon or prepared mustard
1 clove garlic minced
few drops tabasco sauce
1/3 c brown sugar

Remove outside wrapper and casing from ham. Score fat in large diamonds and insert a whole clove at each intersection. Heat ham uncovered in a 325ºF oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 130ºF. To prepare glaze mix together in small saucepan remaining ingredients except brown sugar. Bring to boil. During last half hour of heating time for ham spread glaze over top and side surfaces. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Baste occasionally. To serve garnish with canned apricot halves and parsley.
