500 ml (2 c) Five Roses Unbleached Flour
250 to 375 ml (1 to 1 1/2 c) grated sharp cheddar cheese
15 ml (1 tbsp.) sugar
15 ml (1 tbsp. baking powder
3 ml (1/2 tsp) salt
2 eggs beaten
250 ml (1 c) undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk
50 ml (1/4 c) melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Preheat oven. Stir flour, cheese, sugar, baking powder and salt together. In a small bowl combine beaten eggs, milk and melted butter. Add all at once to dry ingredients. Stir quickly until ingredients are just mixed and batter is lumpy in appearance. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake in a hot oven. Remove from pan and serve warm. Cook in one medium size muffin pan at 200ºC (400ºF) for 20 to 25 min.
