1 1/2 CUPS GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
4 TB BUTTER, MELTED
1 TB SUGAR

5 TB BUTTER, MELTED
1/3 C BROWN SUGAR
4 TB SUGAR
1/8 TSP SALT
1 TSP. VANILLA
3/4 C FLOUR
1 C MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS

8 OZ. CREAM CHEESE, ROOM TEMPERATURE
1/4 C SUGAR
1 EGG
1TSP. VANILLA

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Grease a 8x8 pan with butter, line with parchment paper and butter paper, leaving enough paper to hang over sides.
Crush graham crackers into crumbs to make 1 1/2 cups.
Add sugar and mix. Stir in butter and mix till crumbs are moistened.
Press crust mixture into pan bottom.
Bake for 6 minutes. Set pan on wire rack to cool.

In a medium bowl stir together the butter, brown sugar, sugar ,salt, and vanilla at medium until smooth.
Gently fold in flour. Mix just until incorporated. Stir in choc chips. Set aside.

In a small bowl stir cheese until soft. Add sugar and stir till smooth. Add egg and vanilla, stir until just blended.

Pour batter into cooled baked crust. Drop cookie dough by teaspoons over filling.
Sprinkle a few more chips over top and gently press down.

Bake about 30 minutes or until set. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
Place in refrigerator to chill several hours.
