1 1/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 sticks butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
For crumb mixture: Mix together brown sugar, 1 1/3 c. flour, cinnamon, and 1 stick of butter. Set aside.

Mix together: 1 stick of butter, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Combine 2 cups flour with baking powder, soda and salt. Add 1/4 c. milk

Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle the crumb mixture on top.
Bake 30-40 minutes at 350º. Check after 30 minutes with a tooth pick. Should come out almost clean.
