Crust
1 c vanilla or graham wafer crumbs
1/4 c butter

Topping
13/4 c mincemeat
2-8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
4 c miniature marshmallows
2 tsp grated orange rind
2/3 c orange juice
1 c whipping cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
To make crust: Mix crumbs and butter together, press into 9" springform pan. Bake 325º for 10 min. Cool

Topping: Spread mincemeat over crust. Melt marshmallows with orange juice in top of double boiler, stir until smooth. Chill until thickened. Combine cream cheese and orange rind, beat until fluffy. Beat in marshmallow mixture, fold in marshmallow mixture, fold in whipped cream. Pour over mincemeat and chill well. Remove from spring-form just before serving.
