"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken, cut up
1 tablespoon garlic salt
½ cup Gebhardt chili powder
¼ cup Wondera gravy mix (to thicken sauce)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in pot with just enough water to cover chicken. Add garlic salt and cook 25 minutes until chicken de-bones (you can remove the bones). Add chili powder and let simmer for 15 minutes. To make sauce thick, add ¼ cup Wondera while simmering.

If you don’t have Wondera, make a paste with flour and water. 3 tablespoons flour and 1 ½ tablespoons “cold” water. (Should look like Elmer’s glue) Mix in a cup and add to sauce.
