1 small pork roast
1 (12 oz) can Las Palmas Green enchilada sauce
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon diced onion
Handful cilantro (minced)
1 level teaspoon salt
4 jalapenos de-stemmed and boiled to soften
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut roast into bite size pieces. Put into skillet with ½ cup water and low flame (tenderizes meat)

In blender put ½ can of Las Palmas sauce, cilantro, salt, onion, garlic and jalapenos. Blend on high until well blended

Meat should be ready after 25 minuets.
Add tablespoon of oil to meat, stir, add blender contents plus remaining case of enchilada sauce. Let simmer 15 minutes on low
