Ziti Pasta (Or Penne Pasta)
1 Onion (Chopped)
1 lb. Beef (Season with: Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Garlic)
2 Jars Spaghetti Sauce
8 Slices Provolone Cheese
1.5 cups Sour Cream
6 oz. Mozzarella
2 tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese

1. Cook pasta for 7-8 minutes (al dente).
2. Brown onion and beef.
3. Add spaghetti sauce to onion and beef mixture. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Preheat oven to 350º.
5. Layer: 1/4 ziti noodles, 1/4 beef & sauce mixture, 4 provolone slices, 1/2 sour cream.
6. Repeat layer.
7. Top with grated parmesan and mozzarella.
8. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.

Follow instructions above except for the last step.
Cover assembled ziti with foil.
Put in freezer up to 30 days.
Thaw for 24 hours in the fridge.
Cook at 350 for 30 minutes (90 minutes-2 hours if cooked unthawed).
