1 Cup (2 Sticks) Butter (Softened, NOT Melted)
2 Eggs
1 Cup White Sugar
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 Cups Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
3 Cups Rolled Oats
1 Cup Chocolate Chips (OR Raisins)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. In large bowl mix softened butter, eggs, sugars, and vanilla extract together.
3. Fold in rolled oats.
4. Combine flour, salt, and baking soda to mixture.
5. Add your chocolate chips (or raisins).
6. Spoon tablespoon size portions onto cookie sheet.
7. Bake for 10 minutes.

When I use raisins in the recipe I like to add 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon.

Also, if you're a breastfeeding Mommy and want to boost your milk supply, just add 2-4 tbsp. of Brewer's Yeast and 2-4 tbsp. of Flaxseed Meal. Brewer's Yeast tends to be a bit bitter, so I add an extra 1/4 cup of brown sugar to the mixture to balance it out.
