2 Salmon fillets
1 T olive oil
Salt and Pepper
1 t dry oregano
16 Asparagus spears
2 slices of onions
4 slices of lemon
1 t fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat to 400. Place salmon in bowl and pour olive oil over and sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano.
Cut 2 sheets of foil.
Place 1/2 asparagus on a sheet of foil and layer fillets. Then top with 2 onion slices and 2 lemon slices. Wrap. Repeat.
Place packets on baking sheet and bake 20 minutes.
Unwrap and serve.
