8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
8 slices Swiss cheese (chicken needs to be completely covered)
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted (can use cream of mushroom)
1/4 cup milk
1 to 1 1/2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 to 1 stick butter, melted

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place chicken in a lightly greased 9x13" baking dish. Top with Swiss cheese.
2. Dilute soup with milk, stirring well. Spread evenly over chicken.
3. Combine stuffing mix and butter. Sprinkle stuffing over chicken. Bake uncovered for 45 to 55 minutes. Serve with wild rice.
