Combine in large mixer bowl. Mix well after each additional ingredient.
1 and 1/2 cps sugar
4 eggs
30 oz. can pumpkin
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cloves
Two 12 oz. cans evaporated milk
3/4 cp. Bisquick

Make sure it is mixed evenly.
Grease three 8 or 9 inch pie or cake pans.
Bake in preheated oven about 45 minutes or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean (or almost clean).
Allow to cool but I prefer it still warm.
Serve with whipped topping.

Quick and easy, inexpensive dessert or refreshments for a simple event.

Could be done in cupcake papers in muffin pan. They won't raise much and I've never done it so I don't know how many.

You can also experiment with a 9 x 13 pan plus one smaller one, but I've never done it.
