10 c flour
3/4 c sugar
2 1/2 oz yeast
2 stick margarine
4 eggs
1 1/2 c warm water
1/2 c Apple juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt

Cinnamon Mixture:
Cinnamon

1-2 tbsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast with 1 tbsp sugar and 1 1/2 c warm water. Allow to bubble. Mix rest of ingredients and add yeast mixture. Mix well with dough hook until smooth. Allow to rise for 1 hour minimum. The more you let it rise, the lighter the dough. Roll dough out thin and spread with cinnamon mixture. Roll up and cut round circle slices. Arrange in 2 layers in a round pan. Brush with egg yolk and let rise for 2 hours. Bake at 350º for 40 min-1 hour, or until golden.
