Ingredients:
Ingredients:
7-8 thin cut boneless pork chops
2 bottles Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce
1/2 to 1 shot Gentleman Jack Whiskey

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate 1 day in advance of cooking. Poke holes in chops with fork. Cover bottom of pan with BBQ sauce, place chops in pan, pour more sauce on chops until covered. Using a half to one shot of whiskey for all the chops, place a hint of whiskey evenly on each chop/sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Cook on charcoal grill. Don't remove sauce before placing on grill. Grill with wood chips for extra flavor. Grill on the grates - when sauce drips onto coals and smoke rises, it is essential to the flavor - the sauce becomes carmelized resulting in a sweet flavor.
