1 Angel Food Cake
4 egg yolks well beaten
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
dash of salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 pkg Knox Gelatine
1/4 cup water
1 pint whipping cream
slivered or sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake as directed on pkg. Cook egg yolks, milk, sugar and salt to a custard. Dissolve Gelatine in water and add to custard. Cool. Beat whipping cream and add to cooled custard. Slice cake and put half of custard between layers. Frost top of cake and down side. Cover with almonds.
