2 c. milk - warm
2 tbsp. honey
1/3 c. potatoes - mashed or flakes
1 tsp. sugar
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. yeast - large
2/3 c. water - luke warm
6 c. white flour
6 c. wheat flour

Directions:
Directions:
add milk, honey, potatoes, sugar, oil & salt together - dissolve yeast in warm water - stir into milk mixture - add flour, enough to make soft dough - mix for 10 min. in bread mixer - put in bowl & let rise for about 1 hr. or until a little over double - cut into 4 equal parts - let relax for 10-15 min. - put in greased pans & let rise in a warm place until about an inch above bread pan - while rising cover with a damp cloth - bake @ 355º for 25 min. until brown - remove from pan immediately
