5 lbs squid, cleaned, dried off, and chopped
Italian Parsley, small bunch
Basil leaves, about 12 leaves
16 pitted black olives
16 pitted green olives
1/4 of a fresh green or red pepper
1/3 C pine nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and rinse squid, steam 15 mins and chop.
Put everything in the food processor bowl and rough chop it.
Add olive oil, and 1 C. chopped, seeded ripe tomatoes, a pinch of oregano and 1/4 tsp garlic powder. Mix well. Makes 2 pies!

Thaw 2 pkg frozen bread dough. Cut each one in half. Pat one piece in a pie plate, take a second piece and pat into the other pie plate.. Divide squid mixture into the 2 pans. Wet edges and top each one with slightly rolled out
top crust . and pinch to seal. Make a slit in the top and brush with olive oil.
Bake 375 till golden brown,
