Butter Bread on both of the outsides place cheese in middle stick butter side down and fry!

I love this only because it makes me smile every time I think of why we call it a boy cheese sandwich. When Shelby was around three we stopped at a little place that Aunt Paula's parents owned and when Paula's step dad Tim asked Shelby what he wanted he said a boy cheese sandwich of course we all laughed and Tim asked why he called it that and he said he was tired of me ordering him a GIRL Cheese sandwich. Love these memories...
