2 cps shredded potatoes, thawed and dried
2 eggs
¼ cp flour
Salt & Pepper
Small cubes of cheddar
Vegetable oil
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the egg, salt and pepper into the shredded potatoes. Form a bit of the potato mixture around each cube of cheese. Heat about ½” of oil in a frying pan. Set each tot into the oil and brown, turn and brown the other side. Drain on a paper towel and serve.
